Contractor View

Distributors can be pulled by calling the API Fetch Distributors

Once a distributor is selected from the dropdown, a set of Brands will be presented as well. If none exist, the option other will be presented.

The distributor list in the bottom right side (next to the send button), can be populated by calling the API Fetch Receivers under Helper API.
The installation date must be before the expiration date of the application. The expiration date can is sent through the status webhook.
