With every status update there's a field called progressStatus that explains where exactly the application stands.
- Waiting for Homeowner to submit the Application
- Application is being reviewed
- Application approved, pending proofs
- Waiting for homeowner to select a financing option
- Homeowner selected a financing option, needs to sign contract
- Homeowner signed, waiting for contractor to enter the project details
- Waiting for homeowner to accept the completion certificate
- Application Complete
- Application Funded
- Ended (Declined/Canceled)
